Amelia Cameron
Amelia has been on skates since she could walk. At age 3 Amelia was introduced to figure skating through BFCS and continued her skating journey with Barre Figure Skating Club until she graduated high school. Once in college, Amelia took her first year to settle in but after a year of longing to get back on the ice, Amelia joined the Quinnipiac University Figure Skating club her sophomore year. Amelia recently transferred to UVM and being home has given her the opportunity to rejoin BFSC as a coach. During the weekdays Amelia pursues her Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Special Education. Amelia also works through Washington County Mental Health Services which has given her valuable experience with children, especially those with special needs.
Candace Elmquist
Candace Elmquist has received PSA recognition for her instruction in pre-preliminary and preliminary skating skills, both of which form the foundation needed for higher-level skating skills and freestyle elements. She sets USFS testing as a goal to build patience, persistence, skating technique, and confidence in her skaters.
Candace has been an instructor at both CVSC and BFSC for the past few years. She is on the BFSC board and is currently the head coach of the BFSC basic skills program. Her skaters range from children to adults, with interests ranging from recreational skating to beginner and intermediate skating skills testing. As a skater she has passed her Intermediate Skating Skills and Adult Bronze Skating Skills tests. When not skating, Candace is a financial director for the State of Vermont.

She is Learn to Skate certified and is certified to coach by the U.S. Figure Skating Association.
She is committed to sharing the joy of skating as a lifelong sport and to helping skaters progress based on their individual goals and needs.
When not at the rink, she works as a school librarian at Randolph Union High School.
